It was our absolute pleasure to welcome first time writer and Mum, Cat Davies to Buckler’s Park on Friday 7th August.
Cat is the author of Harry's Wibbly Wobbly Moments, the story is based on her own experiences with her three year old son, Henry.
'Harry enjoys a trip to the seaside, but starts to have moments where he feels all wibbly wobbly. The book follows his experience of finding out he had mini-strokes and his time at the hospital.'

Community is always at the heart of the Stables cafes and after Cat initially reached out to us as a local resident with a worthy cause to promote, we quickly established we could do more to support.
Cat noted that all the fictional literature around mini-strokes was about how it affected grandparents but there was nothing out there to support parents, families and children affected by TIA’s and despite having never written a book before, Cat felt compelled to produce her own to make explaining those 'wibbly wobbly' moments to a younger generation more accessible.
Part One was grabbing some snaps in a session with our media agency, they also sat down with Cat to discuss the book in more depth, keep an eye out for both on our socials.
We’re proud to support her journey for what is an amazing cause!
