Scott Peacock - Co-founder of Stables Coffee co.

Scott’s journey into coffee began simply, as a passionate consumer with a love for all things coffee. While working in professional football as a fitness coach and studying at university, coffee was always a part of his life. His curiosity quickly developed when he trained under Paul at H’artisan in Wargrave. What started as an interest soon became a commitment to mastering the craft of speciality coffee.

Driven to expand his skills, Scott took his passion overseas to Melbourne, Australia, where he immersed himself in the world of specialty coffee, a scene renowned for its precision, creativity, and community.

Upon returning to the UK, Scott played a hands-on role in bringing Stables Coffee Co. to life, quite literally helping to build and fit out their first shop in Arborfield. His blend of UK and Australian coffee experience helped shape the ethos that defines Stables Coffee Co. today: great coffee, community, and a vibrant atmosphere.

That ethos continued to grow with the introduction of roasting their own coffee in Arborfield, taking the skill set to another level and developing a range of roasts and blends. With the opening of a second shop in Crowthorne, Scott remains dedicated to sharing exceptional coffee and creating welcoming spaces for people to enjoy it.
